  * Additional Ordering Information

This page lets you verify general order information. You can modify billing, shipping, and payment types, as well as other order specific options.

Payment Information
Select the payment method you wish to use. For in-store pickup orders you can choose COD, check or credit card; delivery orders can only be paid by credit card. Business Solutions makes shopping easy. You can browse through various product categories of our entire catalog to find what you need, or you can shop for a specific item. We select the office products, supplies, and services you need to maximize your productivity and profit, and we offer you several ways to learn more about our products.

Product Categories
You may click on any of the product categories featured on the home page. Selecting "Computers" for example, will take you to the appropriate page in the online catalog where you can browse through the products to find what you need.

Search
You may use "Search Tools" to find and browse products at Business-Solutionsltd.com. You may search by keyword, product number, manufacturer name, or UPC number.

Buying Products
Once you're on a product page and have decided which product you want to buy, click the button "Add to Cart" (to add the item to your shopping cart) or click "Wish lists" (to add the item to your saved list).
In the right navigation bar of the page at business-solutionsltd.com, the Shopping Cart display shows how many items are currently in your cart.
When you've added all of the items you want to your shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button to begin the purchase and checkout process.

  * Buying Merchandise

Shopping Cart
Just as you use a shopping cart in a Business Solutions store, you can use your online shopping cart to gather the products you want to purchase while shopping online. But our shopping cart is smarter than the one you use at a store: it automatically keeps track of the number of items you've selected and how much those items cost. If you look at the Shopping Tools section you will see the number of line items currently in your shopping cart, along with your subtotal.

You can change the quantities of items in your Shopping Cart by changing the number in the column labeled "QTY" (Quantity).
If you change item quantities to your shopping cart, click the "Update Shopping Cart" button to get a new cart subtotal.
If you decide you don't want to purchase an item, you can take it out of your shopping cart by clicking the checkbox in the "Remove" column. Then click the "Update Shopping Cart" button.

After reviewing your shopping cart contents and making sure you've got the items and quantities you want, you may continue to shop or begin the checkout process.

Checkout
After you have selected the items you want to buy, you may begin the checkout process. Checkout is a simple, multi-step process in which you:

• Check and adjust item quantities in your Shopping Cart
• Determine the total cost of all your purchased items
• Confirm the order and billing, payment, instructions
• As of now only one payment mode we allow, you can bring the purchase order receipt to us and pay it to the cashier and our customer service will get your order and give it to you immediately.

Review and Adjust Shopping Cart Contents

Please confirm your purchasing and delivery method and click the "Continue" button. On the next page you will confirm your billing, shipping, and payment methods.

Contents of Your Shopping Cart
Adjust the contents of your shopping cart as necessary. To change an item's quantity, highlight the number you want to change, then type in the new quantity. If you decide you want to continue shopping and put more items in your shopping cart, just click "Click here to continue shopping." We'll save the current contents of your shopping cart so you can continue the checkout process when you return. You can also find more products by using the search or browse functions, or by clicking on an "Item Description" in the shopping cart.

Remove link
Click the "Remove" link to take an item out of the shopping cart if you do not wish to purchase it at this time.

Update Quantity link
Be sure to click the "Update Quantity" link to get a correct subtotal if you change item quantities or remove items from the shopping cart.

Confirm Purchasing and Delivery Method
Please indicate whether you want to purchase online or not, and whether you want to have the order delivered to you or pick it up at the store.
Click the "Continue" button to continue the checkout process.

Customers who have set up an account at business-solutionsltd.com can use Order History for a powerful and easy way to refer to a chronological record of your purchases. Order History will show you all the orders that you have placed with us.

To see more information about a particular order, click on the order number.

Selecting a single order record from the list displays the details of the online transaction, including shipping and billing information, quantities, product numbers, short descriptions, and prices.

  * Email Reminders, Products Notifications and Newsletters

Running out of supplies is more than just annoying - it also puts a dent in productivity. Business Solutions makes replenishment easy by letting you set up email reminders for your created Shopping Lists... so you'll always know when it's time to re-order. You will also know the latest products released also the updates made on our site.

Who Can Use Them ?
Anyone with an account can use them. You must be fully logged in with your login name and password to use your shopping lists.

How To Use Them ?
Once your list is created, simply click the Email Reminder button (email notifications). Enter the start date and frequency that you would like to be reminded, then click “Save”. It’s that simple!

If you’d like to be reminded of specific products from your list, simply select the desired product, then click the Move button to transfer the item(s) to a new list. Then proceed to set up a reminder for that new list following the instructions above.

  * Order Verification

Customers with Accounts and Established Billing, Payment, and Shipping Preferences
If you have previously set up an account at Business-Solutionsltd.com and established billing, payment, and shipping preferences, you will find that information already filled out when you arrive at the Checkout page. Please review all of the information and make any necessary changes.

Final Verification
Please review all product items and quantities. If you decide to continue shopping and put more items in your shopping cart, you may do so. We'll save the current contents of your shopping cart so you can continue the checkout process when you return.
When you are satisfied that all billing, payment, and shipping information is correct, click the "Continue" button to complete your purchase.

Checkout Confirmation
This page verifies that we have received your order and gives you an order confirmation number. Please make a note of the order number so you can use it in future communications about the order. To review the order from the order confirmation page, click "View Order Details for This Order".
We will also send you an order confirmation by email immediately upon order submission.

Login Information
Your login name business-solutionsltd.com identifies you as a unique shopper. We recommend that you choose an easy-to-remember login name such as your email address. Choose a password made up of letters and numbers in a combination that others are not likely to guess. Be sure to write down your login name and password and store them in a secure place where you can find them later should you forget one or both. We ask that you retype your password in order to confirm the exact password that you want to use. After registering your account you will receive an activation code on your email and paste that activation code to finish you registration to us. If you failed to activate your account, please email us at webmaster@business-solutionsltd.com, and we are going to ask you for few questions before we send your activation code or before we activate your account.
